SCION A/V'S NEW JOINTS
CD Sampler V. 25 - Trouble & Bass, tour and unique website drop

Scion has teamed up with Brooklyn-based dance music label Trouble & Bass for the latest installment of Scion Audio/Visual releases, Scion CD Sampler Volume. 25 – Trouble & Bass. The Trouble & Bass crew will support the release with a tour this month.

In addition, Scion A/V has launched a new website – ScionAV.com – that acts as a content and information hub for Scion’s art, music, film and lifestyle programs.

Available June 1, Scion CD Sampler Vol. 25 features new material from Trouble & Bass’ own Drop The Lime, AC Slater, Mikix The Cat, and Math Head, among other leaders in intense dance music. Featuring techno, house, electro, dubstep and beyond, the release provides a glimpse into the future of one of the most preeminent electronic labels today.

The CD is being distributed physically for free at all Scion events, various dealerships, and retail shops nationwide. The remixes will be available for purchase at all major online retailers starting June 23, with 100 percent of the proceeds going back to the label and artists. To listen to Scion CD Sampler Vol. 25, visit www.scion.com/sav.

In conjunction with the release, the Trouble & Bass roster will take their riotous DJ sets to select U.S. cities for a series of electrifying dance parties starting on June 21. The traveling showcase includes T&B DJs Drop The Lime, AC Slater, Star Eyes, and The Captain.

Performances on the Scion A/V: Trouble & Bass tour are free and open to the public. However, attendees must RSVP at www.scion.com/avrelease. All attendees must be 21 or older.

Finally, ScionAV.com will be Scion’s new central online repository for all of the company’s lifestyle promotions. The website will feature comprehensive coverage of Scion’s various creative efforts and provides background information, event listings and downloadable assets such as video, audio and still images. Brand enthusiasts will be able to view coverage from recent Scion House Party events, check out films from the Easy 10, listen to tracks from the latest remix, see images from the latest Installation opening and more. The website will launch later in June.
